Subtlety - extend and expand the brain/mind capacity towards infinity to dwell in the subtle space of the soul. (Based on “The book of subtlety” by Sadhana Singh)
We will practice and have lunch at Sebomai and breakfast, dinner and sleeping in a nearby B&B
